Well, in March 2022, Supreme Court nominee Ketanji Brown Jackson was asked just that. What is a Woman? Looking confused and annoyed she responded she couldn’t because “she was not a Biologist.” For the record, she is not a Biologist, but she is a Woman. A Harvard graduate, but not capable of determining or finding distinctions in gender.
Also for the record, I am not a Biologist. But I am also not an idiot and can define a Woman. Declan Leary wrote, “Either Jackson genuinely does not interpret the law in light of any moral framework, or her vision is so objectionable she won't say it.”
